For providers

Your neighbours are already looking for what you own.

List the drill, the trolley, the camping gear, or the service you provide from home. You set the price and the schedule. We bring the neighbours, the trust and the payments.

  1. Step 1

    List what you have

Snap a photo of the drill, the ladder, the trolley, or the service you offer, and set your own price. It takes minutes in the app.

  2. Step 2

    Get matched nearby

Neighbours within about 500 metres see your listing first. You decide who to accept, and when to meet at your void deck or lift lobby.

  3. Step 3

    Hand over, get paid

Take a handover photo, hand the item over, and any deposit hold is released when it returns in good condition. Your earnings go straight to you.

What could you offer?

Ideas, not promises: what earns is whatever your neighbours actually need. These are common starting points.

The Weekend Handyman

Already own a drill, a level and a toolbox? Rent them out on weekdays, or offer small mounting and assembly jobs on weekends.

The Home Baker

If friends ask where you bought your bakes, neighbours in your estate are probably willing to pay for them too.

The Nail Artist

A spare corner, good light and steady hands are enough to serve clients a few blocks away.

The Patient Tutor

Primary school maths or secondary school English, neighbours prefer tutors they can reach without a bus ride.

Tips for a good listing

Use a clear, honest photo

Shoot in daylight against a simple background. Show the item exactly as it is, including the cords and the case.

Write what, for whom, and for how long

"Cordless drill with 2 batteries, good for mounting shelves and curtain rails, weekend-friendly pickup" says more than any headline.

Set a handover spot you like

Most handovers happen at the void deck or lift lobby. Stating yours upfront makes bookings faster for both sides.

  • Price for the job, not the item: renters compare with the cost of buying and the convenience of having it nearby, not with retail value.
  • Keep your calendar honest. A listing that accepts bookings you cannot fulfil hurts your rating more than no listing at all.
  • Reply to messages the same day where you can. Hyperlocal means your neighbour can get the item today, from you or from the next block.

You are protected, and so are they

Singpass-verified community

Providers verify their identity with Singpass, so you always know who you are dealing with before you hand anything over.

Stripe-secured deposits

Deposits are optional and set by each provider. When one applies, renters pre-authorise it before pickup, and nothing is charged if the item returns in good condition.

Mandatory handover photos

Every rental starts and ends with timestamped photos, so both sides have proof of an item's condition.

Human-led dispute review

If something goes wrong, a real person reviews the evidence and helps settle it fairly. No bots deciding your case.
